1. Copy-and-paste the contact's email address.  The database keys off of the email address so it's critical that the email address is exact.  Copy-and-pasting insures it's entered exactly as it appears on the fulfillment order.

(Type email addresses only when absolutely necessary.  Make sure it's entered exactly.)

2.  Select the appropriate deadline for the bonus gift.
